Foods To Increase Lactation

If you’re trying to increase your milk supply, look at what you’re putting in your body. There are some foods that are known for increasing lactation. Protein-rich foods such as eggs, almonds, beans, and oatmeal are all great options to help increase lactation.  Staying hydrated is especially important as well, so keep a bottle of water or a cup of tea handy to replenish your liquids.
